3037 W. Lyndale

This house featured a small two-bedroom apartment at ground level and a larger unit above. A later pop-up dormer provided space for additional bedrooms reachable by a steep staircase. The house was likely only one story when it was first built, but the clues to the building's history are obscured behind imitation stone facing and yellow vinyl siding.

The house was demolished in August 2017.
