3026 W. Lyndale

In the summer of 1884, developer John Johnston Jr. and his associate Charles Graves built a dozen wooden houses along Lyndale near Sacramento Ave. Upholsterer Christian Hall and his wife Julia purchased this house in October 1884 for $1,300, though the family seems to have been unable to pay the mortgage and lost the house five years later. Several years later, tailor Nels Olson bought the house and lived here with his wife Cecelia and three young children.

The house was demolished in August 2019.
